About

I have always had a strong passion and natural talent for make-up and hairstyling. It wasn't long until I realized my goal was to become a Professional Stylist pampering Brides and their wedding parties. My professional experience began working for several well-known wedding beauty companies as a Lead Stylist. This allowed me not only to grow professionally but to develop a deeper passion for the bridal consulting industry. In wanting to take my talents to a higher level, I combined this high earned knowledge and my own sense of creativity in starting my own business. As a Professional Bridal Stylist for nearly a decade, the most rewarding part is that moment when the Bride looks at herself in the mirror after hours of beautifying then turns to me and nearly speechless releasing the words---“Thank you.” It is such a honor to be part of each Bride's special day and I love every moment of it!

When should I book with you?

1. When should I book with you?

It is recommended to book once you have finalized your wedding date. Our brides typically book 6 to 8 months in advance to ensure availability.

Do I need a preview?

Although a preview is not required, it is recommended to have a preview so you know exactly what to expect on your big day. We believe in making sure our brides feel very relaxed and has no worries. A preview appointment can be preformed 6 months prior to your wedding date, but is best recommended 2 to 3 months before.

Being a mobile company, we bring the salon to you! Your stylist will first sit with you and ask you a few questions to determine which style is going to be the best based on all of the factors. It is best to collect some sample photos of makeup, hairstyles, wedding dress, and hair accessories. We really try to narrow it down to one particular style, but our job is to make sure you truly feel confident and beautiful before leaving the preview. If that means your stylist will need to try a different look, she definitely will.

How will my stylist know what style is best for me?

All of our stylists are trained not only to do great hair and makeup, but also to help you determine the best style for you. Our stylists truly work and educate you on your options but ultimately letting you make all final decisions.

Can I just book for my Bridesmaids?

Yes, there is a minimum requirement of 6 services. We require a non-refundable deposit to secure the wedding date since no preview is being done. Please call or email for specific pricing.

Can I get only hair or only makeup?

6. Can I only get only hair or only make-up?

You can choose if you would like hair only or makeup only, but it is recommended to do both with one stylist. From past experiences, we have come to realize that when a bride hires two searate people for hair and makeup, it really creates chaos with timing of the wedding. Our goal is to make sure the day runs smoothly for the bride.

Do you offer Airbrush application?

We do offer airbrush application. Our stylist will help you determine if airbrush is best for you at your preview.

What brand of cosmetics do you use?

8. What brand of cosmetics do you use?

We use the top lines of cosmetics in the market such as Chanel, Dior, Smash Box, and Armani, but primarily MAC. We have found that through many years of testing different products, MAC's makeup goes on very natural and smooth looking.

Do you recommend Hair Extenstions?

9. Do you recommend Hair Extensions?

We recommend that you use 100% human clip-on hair extensions if you are looking for fullness or length. All of our stylists are trained to help apply your extensions with no additional cost for the bride.

What if I don't wear a lot or any makeup?

We know how important your wedding day is and how you want to look absolutely beautiful. Our job is to find that perfect look for you. All of our stylists are trained to give our brides any look they desire, so we can go from very natural to very dramatic but always timeless.

Will my hair and makeup last all day?

The beauty of being a professional makeup and hair stylist for weddings is that we understand what not to use and what to use. We are educated to know what products work best to insure that your makeup and hair will last all day and night. Everything we use is waterproof or water resistant so that you have no worries.

Our stylists are highly trained to work quickly and efficiently. Depending on how large your party will determine how many stylists we will bring to your wedding. No worries, we will take care of you.

~Evelyn was so amazing when she came to do my hair and make up. I had clip in extensions for her to put in. For my preview, I realized I got extensions that were too long so it looked too thin at the bottom. She took the time after she was done with my preview to find additional extensions which she doubled up so my hair would look fuller. She did this so I wouldn't have to go buy another whole box. On the day of my wedding she put in the extensions and they looked great! No one knew I had extensions in. I also had 5 bridesmaids that each had their hair and make up done. All of my girls looked so beautiful and we were all done on time. Evelyn is very passionate about what she does and pays a lot of attention to detail. She listened to what I wanted and executed it better than I could've imagined. She had the best attitude and I felt comfortable around her. She also helped keep everybody's stress level to a minimum. I'm so happy that I chose her for my wedding and I strongly suggest everybody else to do the same.

~ Evelyn and her team have my highest recommendations for an amazing job well done!! I met Evelyn when I had my hair trial in Los Angeles with many disasters that occurred at the hotel. ~On my wedding day, Sarah showed up on time and prepared. She had never seen my bridesmaids before, nor have seen what they wanted for their hair and make up. With one glance at the pictures they showed her, she was able to do her magic. From 8:30AM until 12:30PM, she had my two bridesmaids and myself in our hair and make up...which lasted until 11PM when the party stopped. Although sweaty, drunk, and tired, my bridesmaids and I still looked beautiful. Sarah also addressed my concerns. My hair is very thick Asian hair, which means my curls fall out within a few hours when I do it, but when Sarah did my hair, my curls lasted all day. I also get major racoon eyes from eye make-up, especially when I smile. She managed to take care of it so that I wouldn't have that problem all day...and I didn't! would definitely call Serene Bridal Beauty again for any special occassion!
